Apathy leads to an ebony-
colored abyss,
where you miss
all the passion you had.
Now you're sad,
but your heart's given up,
and you're down on your luck,
and the fire that once burned is dead.
Apathy equals a misery
you couldn't fight
if you tried,
so you don't even bother
to conjure
up strength to get up,
and you're weak and you're stuck,
having skies of grey serve as your weather
forever.
But you don't really care.
